PHA Reasonable Alternative Standards (RAS) Program Deadline to enroll in a RAS for 2015 is September 15, 2015. You have until December 15, 2015, to complete your RAS for the 2015 benefit year. Information regarding the 2016 RAS process will be communicated in the coming weeks.
