For all items: Logos will be transparent with white lettering used for darker items and brown lettering used on light colored items. You can view samples of several of these items on the 5th floor of the Northern Building (in the cubicle opposite of Room 502).
Please complete and return the order formvia email to firstname.lastname@example.org. After you have completed the order form, simply click "Submit Form" at the bottom of either of the two pages and then "send" on the email that comes up. Note that the total fields of the order form are automatically calculated based on your entries, so you will need to enter a quantity. If you can’t complete the form electronically, feel free to complete by hand (click here for blank form) and deliver a hard copy of the order form via email or interoffice mail to Maria Lasecki (Child Support) or Andrea Holden (Administration).
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please review your order carefully before submitting and use the size charts to select your size.
Note: Subject to any departmental and/or position restrictions, Brown County apparel may be worn during working hours, although it is not considered a uniform per IRS rules. Any proceeds after vendor costs and sales tax will be used to help fund the Employee Recognition Committee.
